The Three Pillars of OBA
Civics
A strong country starts with strong neighborhoods. We organize local service projects and civic initiatives that turn residents into neighbors, and neighbors into a community worth being proud of.
Youth
Young people don't have to wait for permission to lead. OBA hands students and young adults real responsibility, planning projects, running chapters, and building the skills to lead their generation now, not someday.

The Commission is OBA's founding leadership: three young organizers who watched their communities change and decided their generation shouldn't have to wait for a seat at the table to help shape it.

Together, the Commission sets OBA's direction and makes the organization's influential decisions, reporting up to the board. But it isn't a ceiling. Members who put in the work rise into leadership too, running a local chapter or leading a pack of their own.
Change happens block by block, town by town. OBA works through local chapters, each one built and run by the young people who live there, with OBA providing the framework, resources, and support to get it off the ground.
Every chapter chooses its own nature, civics, and youth projects, shaped by what its community actually needs.
